Goodwill Easter Seals Miami Valley or GESMV, is a non-profit organization that helps serve the community with multiple social programs. These programs focus on getting people back to work or assist those who can not work. GESMV strives to provide excellent customer service, not only for those utilizing their programs, but those who shop and donate at their more than 31 stores and donation centers.

Like Goodwill Easter Seals Miami Valley, Insignia believes in elevating the community and its members while providing excellent customer service. So when GESMV reached out to develop a new way-finding system for their retail locations, we jumped at the opportunity. The package was requested to be dimensional and easily read using large font and iconography to assist all members of their customer base. Because Goodwill’s retail locations are mostly found locations, a challenge is presented in creating a unified shopping experience across all locations. We assist in this by developing and installing graphic elements to keep the brand consistent, while giving the shopper a great experience.
